1. Are we investing in industrial or residential properties?

Industrial properties require extremely high detailed analysis from month-to-month. In comparison, residential is safer and you will have more ease of mind in investing in residential properties when dealing with overseas investment.

2. Don’t we have to fly down to see the property?

While we do head down to UK to have on-the-ground feel for what is happening, it is not necessary for you to do so! Most of the information is available on Google, and you can also view it from Google Maps. Put it this way, we do all the work, so you don’t have to!

3. What about tenants? Do we have to fly down to oversee the tenancy?

Here’s something that is great about UK! In UK, instead of property agents renting out units, it is a property letting company. This basically means that the company will take care of everything regarding rental on a month to month basis. You absolutely do NOT have to fly down just for this!

4. But never see, can buy meh?

Most of the projects are still in building phases – partly how we can get great discounts for you. Think of it this way, this is similar to new launches in Singapore, plus, we do a lot of research and background checks on developers to make sure we are certain of the project before recommending to our clients.

We understand that property investment is a big deal and making the right or wrong move will greatly impact your wealth profile, you and your family. We take this trust in us very seriously and will do our absolute best to make sure that you get the right advice as to what fits you.
