Dagenham Green is a ~45-acre development of about 3,500 homes by award-winning developers Peabody and Hill, on the former Ford stamping-plant site in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. It sits at the centre of London Riverside — one of the capital’s largest regeneration areas — with a new 5-acre urban park, Market Square, boardwalk wetlands, 1,700 sqm of retail, a concierge, car club (24 months paid by Hill) and EV charging. Phase 1 is a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments in two buildings, The Empire and The Liberty, on a 999-year lease. Dagenham Dock station (Zone 5, c2c) is about two minutes’ walk, with fast trains into the City.
